Why we use Google Sign-In
Teijeira & Sons LLC provides professional lawn care and landscaping services and offers customers access to a secure online customer portal for managing information related to their services. This page explains how Google Sign-In is used for that portal.
What the portal is for
Through the Teijeira & Sons Customer Portal, customers may access and manage information such as:
- Customer account information
- Service addresses
- Lawn care and landscaping services
- Estimates and proposals
- Invoices and payment-related information
- Service agreements and contracts
- Service history and service-related records
- Other information associated with services provided by Teijeira & Sons LLC
How Google Sign-In works
Customers may choose to use Google Sign-In to securely authenticate and access their Teijeira & Sons LLC customer portal account. We use Google because it is a trusted, widely used sign-in method — customers do not need to create or remember another password, and account credentials are never stored by us.
When a customer chooses Google Sign-In, the application may receive basic Google account information authorized by the customer, such as their name, email address, profile information, and Google account identifier.
This information is used only for purposes such as:
- Authenticating the customer's identity
- Creating or identifying the customer's portal account
- Providing secure access to the customer portal
- Associating the authenticated user with their Teijeira & Sons LLC customer account
What we do not access
Teijeira & Sons LLC does not use Google Sign-In to access:
- Gmail messages
- Google Drive files
- Google Calendar information
- Google Contacts
- Any other Google service
We request only the minimum information necessary to authenticate you, unless you are separately informed and explicitly authorize additional access.
